    Pros

    - Great pay
    - Good benefits
    - Nice headquarters
    - Family oriented w/ the work life balance that comes along with it
    - Strong corporate culture w/ emphasis on relationships

    Cons

    While this is a great place to work, we do play in many mature but declining categories. It can get discouraging to see red numbers on a page when you know you are working your butt off.

    Also this is very much an old boys' network. America is changing, folks. Hire people who represent the diverse landscape of our country & give them to the support they need to move up through the ranks. Promote based on performance!!!

    DIVERSIFY! People aren't buying soup like they used to. I know we're trying with innovation but let's accelerate our acquisition rate and get into some spaces that are on-trend w/ long term viability!

    not much, soup sells itself, ugly people

    It's all uptight white people trying to be politically correct instead of being themselves. You better be a skinny, boring, mediocre person to fit in. Intelligence or thinking different are not welcome. Soup sells itself

    Pros

    Great benefits (health, dental, matching 401K 100% up to 4%), friendly working environment, work/life balance, training, and commitment to community service. Management supports career growth and development. Free soup Fridays and random free food can be found frequently. Discounted Godiva chocolates, Pepperidge Farm cookies, and other products at the company store. Building had been in process of updating and creating new modern office areas.

    Cons

    Systems and tools to do job are lacking/unreliable. Company seems to reorganize like every 2 years, which often accompanies layoffs. I've seen many people who have worked there more than 20 years get laid off from reorganizations. Upper management constantly making changes that create a lot of grind.

    - every single employee is genuine and so refreshingly nice
    -friendly but professional environment
    -outstanding cafeteria and work space
    -extremely loval to their employees. common for employees to have worked with campbells for 20+ years

    Cons

    -formal training can be hard to come by. best off coming to Campbells with experience
