Campbell Soup Reviews

Pros
It has great brand recognition and history. Doug has brought innovation and a leadership model that is great in theory. I think he lives the values and treats everyone with respect.
Cons
While Doug is trying to improve engagement through leadership training and Gallup, very few managers live those ideals. The turnover makes it tough to understand the direction of the brands.
Advice to Senior Management
Fire the managers that are not using the tools to be true leaders and rule through intimidation. It is happening at very high levels and is killing morale.
