    Pros

    Generally happy and upbeat. Campbell's offers good products that you can feel good about selling to customers.

    Cons

    The owner can be difficult to work for. Picks favorites among the staff and listens to everything that they say, not investigating to see if the reports he is getting are true. Downturns in the economy have forced tremendous downsizing in the company. Employee moral swings from high to low frequently. You will have to justify every decision you make trying to do your job - the owner is a former cop who interrogates you constantly about sales and customer problems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to pay more attention to the ones who are keeping the doors open for you. Mistakes happen. Correct them, learn from them and forget it. Reminding an employee constantly of their shortcomings will not make them work harder, it makes them give up!
