Current Employee – been working at CampusEAI full-time
Pros – Very little supervision, free to do whatever you please. Product is visually appealing. You are free to speak with clients
Cons – Overall Lack of Management. US Branch of company is led by a registered sex offender. His title is "Senior Consultant," yet he is leading the whole US office operation. Not only does he have no idea what anyone is working on, he only comes out of his office once each day to micro-manage everyone in the office and uncomfortably put them on the spot asking them what they are working on.
Company is currently trying to get everyone on contract, even though some have worked there for many years without one. Contracts themselves are one-sided and only favor the company, not the employee.
No HR Department at this company whatsoever. Unprofessional, unethical, and downright amateur company.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to what your employees are working on, and recognize them for their achievements instead of viewing them as disposable. Hire an office manager to oversee all actions on the floor and hire some HR people.

Former Employee – worked at CampusEAI
Pros – Jovial work environment
Great leadership team
Easy access to management
Cons – The work hours are crazy
Be prepared to be micromanaged to death
Pay stinks
No benefits
No real opportunity for advancement
Advice to Senior Management – You must foster a work environment where one's personal time is valued as much as one's work time. You can't work someone crazy hours every week and pay peanuts. The workers will resent you. Keep the micromanaging down- it leaves competent workers wanting to kill the person who is micromanaging them.

Current Employee – been working at CampusEAI full-time for less than a year
Pros – It's an amazing blend of hardwork and dedication when a whole family believes in a common idea where they put their best to achieve mutual success!
1) This firm is an inspiration for people in their 30's who're looking for driven and self-directed success.
2) Perfect place for people who are of a belief in adding value to a firms goal by working hard and NOT for people who are bullshitters!
3) If you're smart you don't need acknowledgement and if you're not you either need to find a cave or a new placement agent!
Cons – Not a place for people who're looking for their own McDonald in the building like the movie "Richie Rich"
Advice to Senior Management – Any $ spent on people development is not an expense it's an investment! ROI on this kind of investment is much higher than giving them other comforts!

Pros – campusEAI organization is a great place to work at. I really enjoyed working this company. They have good environment and supportive colleagues. In the educational institutions, it is not just the education which matters but the methods used to manage the functions as well as the connectivity of the student with the professors and the teachers as well.
Cons – I'm satisfied with campusEAI Consortium.

Pros – * There are no Pros in this company.
Cons – * Your Managers or reporting structure changes like the way you change your clothes.
* You have to fight and get dissatisfied to get your own increment & incentives.
* Night shift: even though its night shift which is a cons no one would look in to your personal problems.
* keep giving to the organisation and never ask in return anything.
* If you sign a 2 year bond at your review you will get a 10 - 15 % hike if not then the hike will be 5 -6 % and they will fire you at any time.
* The company is basically run by a family, who them self are not on the same page!
* Everyone knows if any company is being run by a family what kind of work culture you can expect.
* I personally warn people before joining this company to see the reviews about this company and then make a decision.
Advice to Senior Management – Please look after your employees and remove the Bond pressure from employees. Also credit the Incentives on time of your employee and get their review done on time.
Make a healthy work culture where people should work on their own not forced to work in a tamed way.

Former Employee – worked at CampusEAI full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – good for fresher's to learn
Cons – politics played by shift leads Ruchi Sharma who claims to be the boss of the firm.
Plays dirty politics with the employees. The leads in campus cloud have no command over their work and just pamper resources to get their work done.
Moreover they create a terrible and sressy work environment which is un bearable for any employee to work.
The support board is good if you want to learn.
Bad infrastructure and facilities
Advice to Senior Management – please try to create good resources in campus cloud and change the shift leads who are ruining your firm.NOC engineers should be moved to support board.
kindly review the managers as well beacause their juniors are highly dissatisfied.
