Good and honest people. And also the autonomy related to my job (RSMC). Benefits and holidays are some of the main advantages.

    Cons

Salary can always be better. But overall it wasn't bad.

    Pros

*Great RMO'S (supervisors), all were very patient and kind. Not at all intimidating.
*Great hours if you are a morning person (generally 8 am-11am)
*Not too hard, once you get the hang of it you will breeze through
    *Can't complain about the pay!

    Cons

*The first few days can be a bit rough
*Some of the letter carrier's can be pushy/intimidating, mostly because they want to get out and do their route, but generally they are patient. Just depends on the route.
*It was only two weeks (wish it was longer)

    Pros

This Company is facing some of the biggest environmental challenges in its 250 year history! How do they meet their mandate; to "reach EVERY address in Canada and between Canada and places outside Canada, while conducting its operations on a self-sustaining financial basis, while providing a standard of service that will meet the needs of the people of Canada." They do it by working together! They do it by supporting each other with the work load. They do it by building amazing engaged teams of people who actually want to do a great job. This company is situating itself to meet head on it biggest opponent yet, the new electronic medium. Instead of fighting this foe, CPC has decided the best solution is to unite and turn what was once considered a problem into an opportunity, memories of Purolator come to mind. In order to succeed and meet these new challenges, CPC realizes that it is riding on its employees backs, and that without them there will be no success.

    Cons

Changes take time, and then happen over night.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. I see that you, like the rest of us are going above and beyond. Kudos.
