ProsWonderful company to work for. I transitioned from Technical Recruiting into this field. Flexible work schedule, and lots of hygiene factors regarding employment. Best part of the job is working with Clients and actually making a difference in people's lives. Would highly recommend anybody potentially on the fence about working with Mental Illness to get involved it is not as daunting as some would think and very rewarding.

ConsBeing a Business Major there isn't much room for career growth as it is a social service agency, and most growth based roles need a post secondary education in relation to this field.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
