Good place to work in a senior role, bad for entry jobs (floor staff)

I worked at Canadian Tire full-time (More than 8 years)

Profit Sharing options can be a great bonus each year however it depends solely on the store owner, some will give $0 some will give over $2000.

Working for an individually owned business has many cons, especially the salary and benefits. Some store owners are very supportive of staff and will compensate them fairly. Others will pay nearly everyone min wage with no benefits or profit sharing. I've had experience working for 4 different store owners and have worked in every roll of the store besides Store manager.
