    A lot of Family employees Recruiting Through Executive Referrals Not a very good gym Don't provide overtime pay Not too many Cons...

    Advice to Management

    I would advice management that they should continue to do what they are doing. Majority of the people I have met are super friendly and approachable.

    Pros

    The atmosphere that the corporation provide is marvelous, from the first visit to do the interview and then the facilities and benefits you get is great. The people were friendly and enjoying their work which makes you want to go everyday to work. Each individual is appreciated and ideas are welcomed. To have your internship at their head office is a good experience. Great place to work.

    Cons

    I did not had any bad experience during my internship. Only it was a short one and I hoped to join the team for a longer one.

    Great work life balance. Great tools for assistance. Amazing benefit package and profit sharing. Great management reporting structure. Division open to suggestions for CI

    Salary not as competitive as other big box companies. Employment Referral program needs to be revamped
