    Incentives and discounts on their stock, flexibility in terms of work hours, different faces every now and then, possibility of making friends (depending on the location)

    Cons

    low pay, overcrowded environment, no team play, not very professional, not allowed to write referral/recommendation, not organized, no values whatsoever, too much gossip

    more supevision from the higher positioned managers of the lower ones in terms of management values and professional conduct of the employees

    Volunteers are great and super helpful.

    Cons

    Management expect the world from you but don't appreciate your efforts. They will only give you a chance if you fit into their clique, otherwise they will vandalise your opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay attention to your lower-end staff, ensure the correct contracts are provided, keep an eye on the misdeeds of Area Managers, and positively reinforce the hard work of your lower-end staff instead of penalising them for their attempts.

    Smart people and amicable atmosphere compared to typical academic research labs. Scientific technology is of the highest caliber. Ability to publish in high-impact journals.
