Sometimes it hard to get your proposal approved by the senior management even you have got some potential idea to bloom into a full fledge project .

*Pays less than many of the IT cos.industry
*Promotions are mere cosmetic changes with hardly any change in the profile
*very difficult to change into differnt verticals and climb up the hirarachy .
*Often frustrating when seniors stick to there postions for too long hindering the career growth of the juniors , sometimes have to leave the company for the same .

Advice to Senior Management

Become more considerate to the career aspirations of the emplyoess specillay those who are in the system for more than five years, standardise the pay packages along with the paymasters in IT hardware industry which Canon can as it earns huge profits .
