    Pros

    work hands on with the CEO - unique chance to learn from the best always new opportunities to grow great coworkers - everyone makes friendships that last beyond the office always busy - never a dull moment

    Cons

    structured environment is not a fit for everyone industry is fast paced - have to be willing to keep up busy busy busy - must stay organized

    Pros

    -Clear communication between supervisor/employee -Variety of projects - they hone in on your specific talent and cater those assignments to you -Great Fashion Industry experience -Good morale (art department)

    Cons

    -Not a whole lot of opportunity for growth within certain departments -Could have more paid vacations/holidays off -Very strict with time clock/lunch breaks/etc

    Advice to Management

    I had a very good experience with my supervisor/manager.

    Pros

    Fast paced environment Great Opportunities to grow especially in Sales CEO is an outstanding Leader that operates with complete transparency Lots of changes have been happening for the past year or so and the company is getting better

    Cons

    Some Sales executives work on very tight deadlines which lead to a couple of stressful days every month. Employees have to clock in and clock out and lateness (even if few minutes late) is frowned upon.

    Advice to Management

    Attendance should be a little more relaxed Bring back some of the perks that we had

    Pros

    I have been a part of the Capelli team for almost 10 months and see it as a exciting place to be. I enjoy the challenge of being busy and having the opportunity to be a part of continuing to build on what has already been started. The CEO is very present and takes the time to meet with potential employees regardless of the level because it matters who joins the organization. For a new employee that means a lot and starts you off knowing there can be opportunity for you at this organization.

    Cons

    As with any fast paced, busy growing organization we have to make sure we slow down at times to get it right.

    Advice to Management

    Continue promoting from within and building your bench strength and there will be continued success.

    Pros

    It is a good place to get your foot in the door, I didn't feel it was a place to make a career, just a stepping stone

    Cons

    There was no growth opportunities. There were many people there at the time I was that felt this way. As many times as I talked with my manager about being given more work, I was just yes-ed. I was there for 2 years and was still doing the same thing as day one. My department went through 5 people within a year, and all these people left for other jobs.

    Advice to Management

    I think they need to take more interest in the employees that really want to learn and grow with the company, I was upset that as many times as I said I wanted to advance and learn I was never taken up on this.

    Pros

    -health insurance -decent salary -nice showroom -large business owned by family - organized

    Cons

    -staff that is here has been here for 15 years, which tell will tell you on the interview to get you in -quick turnover -no sales strategy -meaning you will not learn the way a wholesale company needs to operate in this environment -managers dont know their business-they dont look at selling, they dont look at margins, they dont suggest sales strategies or know how to deal issues -no room for growth -no dental insurance -too many procedures & administrative based tasks -very long hours

    Pros

    - plm system - huge showroom on premises

    Cons

    - Like other reviews; in interviews they mention several times that people who work there have been there for years making you think this might be a great company you can create a career. - everyone including the executives is miserable and they will let you know. - no direction and horrible quality product - Remedial work load for an experienced candidate - there are bins; everywhere unorganized - product designers? but no actual designing involved - zero culture

    Pros

    There are none. This company is awful and greedy to work for.

    Cons

    Verbally abusive managers, below industry salaries, no bonuses, and forced long hours with no overtime. Upper management takes all the credit for good work and throws people under a bridge as a scapegoat.

    Advice to Management

    CEO is greedy and underpays females!

    I gained some industry experience.

    Cons

    No Growth. They treat their employees like they are incompetents. No appreciation which was reflected in there lack of compensation and benefits.
