    higher authorities are easily approachable, they are helpful, work life is flexible.

    Cons

    very small scope of self development, low compensation rate, no opertunity to work in new technologies. no onsite oppertunity. professional life is stagnant.

    Crowd is very lively, not much restrictions, responsibilities given from start with a senior to backup, work life balance,
    Resource management team is the best...very approachable, freedom present to do your job as suitable and comfortable by you.

    Cons

    Airoli transport services is very rigid and limited, cultural activities and any fest or competitions not even present at airoli location.....there in vikroli locaton though, hardly any quantity, quality and variety in canteen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Involve airoli location in activities...dont seclude it out or expect employees to travel to vikroli for anything and everything as the time in travelling back and forth is wasted; work may get neglected due to it.

    -Excellent work culture.
    -Very much approachable senior management.
    -Onsite opportunities.

    Cons

    -Number of employees increased and that had adverse effect on the company, people get allocated to bench and too much of followups from RMG within 10-15 days.
    -Very minimum say in project allocations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't let the old employees leave just for the sake of some money. Those who spend 5-6 years with good annual ratings should get good hike and global exposure.

    RMG group needs to work efficiently.

    Pros

    Capgemini has time flexibility and better for management related professionals.

    Cons

    Company doesn't invest on classroom training for freshers mostly. Reason is it provides classroom training to freshers hired from colleges and for off campus people NO TRAINING. Generally every big companies gives training to freshers when they are hired.

    Company is full of Technical support projects where technical learning scope is very limited and work culture is hectic.

    NO/YES for of relocation charge: This company rarely provides relocation reimbursement if an employee comes to bench and asked to relocate to another company location. For freshers either off campus or campus hired there is NO relocation reimbursement system in capgemini.

    There is fresher promotion policy that is fixed for 1st 3 yrs (B.sc, BCA) graduates and 2 yrs for engineering person. Hike is constant irrespective of performance. For experienced people annual hike is 3-4 based on performance.

    There is no separate benefit (monetary) apart from package defined in offer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company management should focus on :
    Providing basic benefits like equal technical training to campus hired and off campus hired.
    Bringing development projects having scope of technical learning.
    When company decides to relocate a professions or a fresher then how it can be that the person bears charges of relocation including traveling and initial settlement in new joining location.
    Some policies (monetary) like fresher promotion, medical benefit, shift allowance etc have not been revised from long years and the amount defined in the policy is same what was there long years before.
