Cons – Slow promotions. average compensation.transport facility not up to the brand name.

Advice to Senior Management – Be assertive and kick the employee if found violating the policies. no mercy no sympathy for offenders.

Cons – 3 months notice period. Very less HRO projects. salary increment for BPO is less. Company is still getting structured. Direct HR doesnot play much role in employee engagement

Cons – No attention given to people on bench. Very few development projects mostly maintenance. Team leads are incompetent and don't have any leadership quality. No system in place to properly manage young college recruits and help them grow in their career.
