    Pros

Freedom to wok with Client and Architects

    Cons

Poor Offshore support. No Management focus on delivery. Some of the managers had no clue of the environment they are supposed to manage and believed in staying 'on the fence' most of the times.

    Pros

Great organization to work if you are able to navigate across the BU's to pick up your kind of work.

    Cons

There is red-tapism, favoritism and lots of political play which may be a deterrent for career progression.

    Advice to Management

If you can cut through the red-tapism and really inmplement "people matter results count" it would do wonders to the organization

    Pros

It's a good consulting firm to get into right out college with a lot of opportunities to try various projects and industries. Pretty good young age presence.

    Cons

Travel policies are mediocre and sometimes feel like you can get lost in the company.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on training programs and easier way to get expenses through for frequent travelers.

    Pros

Strong focus on financial services, competent operational leadership and willingness to invest in accounts and people. They target the too tier consultancies as peers.

    Cons

Somewhat shortsighted Cheap. Simply terrible internal systems and controls for engagements. Financial Services is semi-independent of the rest of the firm, in the US i\t seems that they are the onshore arm of an offshore body-mill.

    Advice to Management

Integrate FS into the overall firm. This in respect to culture and level of professionalism.
