human, good work life balance

lot's of 'dinosors' - people who hang arounf for too long

You need to change drastically and put in processes that are commensurate with a company that has potential to grow and be a market player.
People are the key to the success of any company do not forget them, they have emothions and lifes do not treat them as bodies.
