Capgemini offers a lot of freedom to its employees. Learning and development are keywords. The culture and people are very positive.
Cons
Salary is perhaps a little bit below market rates. On the other hand, secondary rewards are very good. No other downsides.

Generally, I am very satisfied with the leadership at Capgemini. The company strategy is clear and employees are involved in thinking about the company's future.
