    Pros

Good opportunity for growth / career advancement / stretch roles
Typically will receive a reprieve period after long periods of extended hours

    Cons

Long Hours -- need to set boundaries / expectations with senior management
End of year process could be improved, in both duration and process

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revamp end of year process to have more focused goals rather than just more goals

    Pros

I got to work with people all over the world, and I got to travel a lot.

    Cons

Horrible salaries, no advancement, no tuition reimbursement, not much office space, the office space available is so run down you could never bring a client there, and don't expect to get a bonus. Overall, it's a horribly run company with a 30% attrition rate. The average employee lasts about 28 months, but the average for new hires direct from college is about 18 months. That kind of says it all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just give up and sell the company to IBM or Accenture.

Great place to work in. Salaries are either in line or higher that the market pays for a similar role. Leadership is great and always look for providing additional value to their customers.

    Cons

Leadership needs to be more involved in their employees and the organization should have more rewards and recocignition programs than they currently have.
