Pros – True global culture. Freedom to bring your passion and create your open career path. Collaborate with huge global team to learn.

Cons – Internal divide between TSOS and FS. Structural issue. Two different companies.

Relaxed work culture.
Less pressure and flexible timings.
Helpful and guiding senior management.

Cons – Compensation is very less and not corresponding to the work one does.
Less projects in my domain and not much to get experienced on.
Too professional management.
Less challenging work.
Difficult to switch between domains or to change the stream

Advice to Senior Management – Could be a little relaxed with the management to go along with the capgemini global executives. Upper management in Capgemini India is a little conservative compared to the Capgemini Global management

Associates need favor from Supervisors for promotion, hard work and potential is not considered

Pros – learned many new things and worked on latest techs. It is good company for laterals.

Cons – Work is overloaded. Work life balance is difficult.
 Freshers wont get much projects, they will be moved from one project to another every 3 or 4months.Compensation is not much good, internal increments are very poor and not satisfactory and other curricular activities organized are very less.
