    Pros

Training was pretty OK, though hired fresh out of college we had no idea what technology we wanted to be trained. Some got lucky and were trained in SAP, some like myself were so unfortunate to be picked for mainframes.

    Cons

compensation, leadership, promotions, benefits, Bonus is a joke.

I have been working at Capgemini full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Global exposure
Good clients(but lot of them are being taken by accenture , tcs and cognizant)

    Cons

    Very Very less salary

Increment cycles is the worst plus the yearly increment is almost negligible even after getting best rating.

Such a big organisation but when you check for onsite opportunity there wont be even one.

Do not raise any H1 visa , which is the worst part of such a huge MNC.

Ratio of raising L1 visa is quite quite low compared to TCS , Accenture , and other IT NC's. And even when raised it usually gets rejected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When someone resigns you pay more amount to get a replacement , then why not give decent retention hike.

RMG people have so much attitude and they consider themselves as god. If you need a good project or any possible onsite opportunity you to need to butter them for for months and still the Rmg team has favourites to whom they usually give good chances.

Tagline that you have "People matter Results count" is the biggest lie Capgemini says to the world. People doesnt matter at all.
