Pros
a big company with talents people, including sales and technical guys
grows fast in recent years in a lot of markets
Cons
common income for technical people
just a little bonus for consultants
consultants may need to work long term in different places for different projects
Advice to Senior Management
better to give more
Pros
You can find many oppotunities in this company. As long as you have the ability, you can get what you want.
Cons
The company is not famous enough in China and you have to pay more effort to earn the client's confidence.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay more attention and give more resources on Chinese market.
Give more help to employee in China with knowledge sharing.
Pros
Absolute room for personal growth regardles of age, if you are a talent, you'll soon be identified and highly valued. People in general respect each other a lot. The local senior management are very strong leaders
Cons
Everyone works too hard (even weekends) and travelling can be crazy. Not much room for personal time. Due to the country-centric organization, the availability of support from regional HQ or group HQ is quite limited. Sometimes the group's central control functions, which has little visibility on the various countries' difference in business enviornment, imposed strong and often inflexible controls that may not be relevant in the context of the operating countries.
Advice to Senior Management
Take more time to listen to the people on the ground, and lead by example to showcase a more balanced work-life combo
