Pros
They offer a great path for growth professionally. The have great training for career advancement as well.
Cons
Sometimes the bigger picture is overlooked when dealing with small issues. For instance hiring consultants for engagements/projects that are not secured.

Management should focus on branding, focus on communication, There is big gap between capgemini business units that can be adressed

1) Very tough appraisal cycle. Lot of rules in getting promotion , They say that they have GC processing policy but not followed properly.

built up or foucus more in Building Competency and internal sync up between different heads.

there were some extremely bright and dedicated people at Capgemini during my tenure there, and they were all very down-to-earth and approachable

performance of the overall firm was never outstanding due to the succession of acquisitions which took management focus away from internal issues

remove several layers of management to make the company leaner and more flexible; focus on some key areas rather than trying to be all things to all people

Being a part of a growing company allows you to have an impact on its destiny. You work closely with senior leadership. It is encouraged to be entrepreneurial and think outside the box for ways to grow and market company. People oriented with a Positive life/work balance. Cap sets you up with the opportunitiy to grow with and within the company. The work gives you exposure to different people, industries, functions and work.

1. Since it still is growing, it does not have all the resources at your finger tips including people and processes.

Well, this is one organization which I always dreamt of working & now I am getting it. I am extrmely thrilled by this. The package I recieved is way better than its competitor. Your personal aspirations are taken care by Capgemini.
Cons
The management needs some improvement. HR policies are good but can be made better by considering the employe's aspiration.

Keep up the good work but do take care of employee as it is them through which company gets its revenue.
