    Pros

Cutting edge work Good salary Freshers have good opportunity to get accelerated learning in new technologies and rapid development methodologies Solid benefits Great if you like to travel since most will not live at client site

    Cons

Be prepared to work a lot of hours. This is most definitely not a 40 hour work week Be comfortable with travel You may not stay working in the same technologies from project to project

    Advice to Management

Many get burned out working minimum 50-hour and often 60+ hour work weeks. It isn't sustainable. However, keep up the good work in other areas. There is a reason Cap is growing so quickly.

I worked at Capgemini (More than a year)

    Pros

Multiple large company contracts creating consulting positions if willing to relocate.

    Cons

Weak management and strategic planning for the practices. Lack of best practices IP. Continuous stream of new hires to staff projects. Lean more towards college hires rather than seasoned professionals as a way to increase margins.

    Pros

management has turned over a couple times and my only experience is with the current regime. Nice people who like to keep morale up by doing happy hours and company events, so there isn't much to complain about.

    Cons

Hours could be more flexible with start and quitting times.

    Pros

    - Competitive pay structure w/ bonus - Strong work experience - Many opportunities - Travel

    Cons

    - Work life balance - Company only cares about the client and profit margin, little to no care about its employees - Poor employee development program

    Advice to Management

Show an interest in your employees, and your clients and profit margins will be met.

    Pros

Work from home program. Bonus structure works out well for Executive management. Employee profit sharing program. Company match on the 401k program

    Cons

No merit raises, all raises are promotion based. Work life balance leans too far toward the work side of the equation. Bonus structure is horrible for non executive management.

    Advice to Management

Seriously reconsider your bonus program structure and even the field a little between the executive percentages and the non executives.
