    Pros

political office culture. If you are good at it, this is the place for you. Time off policy is good. Nice 30 days in a calendar year. Compensation is good.

    Cons

No promotions to be expected. No matter what you do :) . False promises. Will do it tomorrow attitude. No straight forward answers. Shady policies

I worked at Capgemini full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of travel if you enjoy traveling. Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

Projects can be long so if you do not like the location of a project you can be stuck there. Management can road block advancement if you are in a small service line. It's hard to advance or get training, you have to find the right people in the company to find that information. If you do not live in a city where there is a Capgemini office, it is very difficult to connect with management.

I worked at Capgemini full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Open to change, always trying to innovate and bring new value. Always trying to stay ahead. Survival of the fittest.

    Cons

Sometimes chaotic. Can be hard to understand what success looks like. Often the client appears to be your manager so can be hard to see where Capgemini fits in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a better system for knowing who are your most talented people and manage them differently to others. Use special assignments to test and compare high potentials, rather than relying to much on personal relationships.

I have been working at Capgemini

    Pros

Benefits, mostly. Cant think of any other redeeming factor. If you are an entry-level guy, this might be a good place. Just might.

    Cons

Too numerous to recount. Inept VP's, who actually believe they can get away with H1B-style BS and who are firmly convinced that 90's era management style is the winning style of today. Get these guys some decent training on how business is done in the US.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get some talent with professional, all-round, local-market work experience, instead of hiring half-cooked know-it-all's, and expats who bring in the work ethos of a pirate ship desperate for quick bounty.

I have been working at Capgemini full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can travel, get hotel points, and frequent flyer miles.

    Cons

The training program is horrendous. The work they have you do is mind-numbing, allowing for zero creativity. Employees are worked over 12 hour days and weekends without a choice. Management is unwelcoming and not helpful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Completely change your training program, actually pay for real trainers. Allow your employees to be creative and not forced to follow strict methodology that is inefficient. Reward employees on their actual work produced and not just the amount of hours put in.

    Doesn't Recommend
