I worked at Capital Caring full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great mission, and outreach in the community

    Cons

They rely heavily on consultants which is a waste a resources. They hire companies to hire upper management who them in turn end up harassing staff. & then they have to clean up the mess that the paid recruiters should've done all the background on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have some very talented people that work for you look at them for input and to promote. You also loss many talented people too because of bad management.

    Pros

The opportunity to help patients at the end of their life and their families. Help loved ones after the death.

    Cons
