    Pros

The field staff were dedicated, friendly and hard-working. The office staff supportive and professional. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to help me and each other. A lot of teamwork! Flexible work - if you are salaried.

    Cons

If you know how to pace yourself, you can balance work-life.

    Advice to Management

As with most companies, consider everyone as equal. Every employee, no matter what level, have great ideas and knowledge and can contribute.

    Pros

The Capital Caring staff that go out into the field to patients homes are the ones I know really do care about the patients.

    Cons

Most of the Management at Capital Caring really do not care for their employees. Its starts from the CEO down to Operational and some General Managers. It's all about the money Capital Caring can make.

    Advice to Management

Capital Caring has really gone down. I wouldn't recommend any one to come work for Capital Caring. It seems that since Medicare the health insurance has made these major changes Capital Caring has been more concern about money over any thing else. They have done a lot of illegal things to get over on Medicare well actually any insurance just to get paid. This company has become so consumed with making money it will go to any mains to make that possible. Funny it is supposed to be a non-profit organization. Capital Caring does not appreciate their employees. Capital Caring has people in Management that have no idea how to manage people.

    Pros

Great mission, and outreach in the community

    Cons

They rely heavily on consultants which is a waste a resources. They hire companies to hire upper management who them in turn end up harassing staff. & then they have to clean up the mess that the paid recruiters should've done all the background on.

    Advice to Management

You have some very talented people that work for you look at them for input and to promote. You also loss many talented people too because of bad management.
