Cons – If you come to CFG with a successful career in financial services, the culture of the firm will still require you to work with a sales manager who is programmed to help you manage your practice the same way they manage a brand new adviser with no experience.

Pros – A great team to work with, back office support is top notch with underwriting and compliance. Probably one of the best in the business.

Cons – Little things fall through the cracks often from sales management, If you don't fit the mold they want they will bring you on in hopes that you change. Hard place to work with if you are established advisor

Advice to Senior Management – recruit to your strenghts, don't try to change an advisors established business. Could be better
