I worked at Capital Group (Ghana) as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Excellent Irvine campus. Bright, energetic associates (full-time, permanent staff are referred to as "associates"). Very diverse company. Nice cafeteria.

    Cons

More than one (2 to be exact) associates mentioned to me that contractors are considered "lower-class". Unquote. No EV charging stations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since Capital Groups current business model relies on the use of many contractors, drill into your associates the contractors are a vital component of the companies success and to treat and refer to them as such. And, install EV charging stations at Capital Group locations.
