    Pros

Capital One is in the works of being competitive. With so many retail branches out there, and the advancements and changes happening to retail banking, Capital One to me is like the little brother. But they are getting there. Just like any bank, sales goals are there for any role within retail. I have been around the block so I do have to say CapOne is more sensible with goals than other banks.

    Cons

Sales goals. The trend is getting similar to that of a Wells Fargo, or Santander. I wouldnt be surprised if CapOne started aggressively selling bank products in the near future.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of sales goals. Make a true change to banking by treating customers the way they should. People walking through bank doors are not idiots and they are well aware on what theyre walking into. Overly paid car salesman (or at least thats what the bank forces employees to act as)
