I worked at Capital One as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule as far as 9-5 jobs are concerned. Get your own project to work on throughout the summer. Great leadership and mentorship. Lots of fun social events

    Cons

Most of the work is done towards the end of the internship after you get acclimated which can lead to some frustration

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As an intern, I was not sure of my performance until the very end. I think managers should be more open with their interns on their progress as the summer goes on.
