    Strong work ethic and good support staff

    Cons

    After cleansing some staff that lacked integrity, company very good to work for. Didn't fell that you were required to take every company for a ride.

    Continue to grow like you are

    Pros

    Excellent people and above average compensation and benefits. Very young management and the company has a very entrepreneurial feel. A good place for ambitious types who want to be rewarded for their hard work.

    Cons

    Lots of uncertainty about direction the company is headed since the bank acquisition. Effective communication from management to employees could be better.

    better communication about strategic goals and long term direction of the company.

    Pros

    People here are some of the best and brightest so there are lots of learning opportunities Benefits are great Working atmosphere is great - very collegial environment

    Cons

    At times very long hours Lack of career path and guidance on what it takes to get promoted Change in management direction and strategy often leads to more work with tight deadlines

    Have a better career path and promotion criteria defined for employees
