    Pros

Small firm and easy to get along with everyone. Most people are great to work with but others you just avoid.

    Cons

The pay is a joke because of the favoritism from upper management. No bonus and raises are rare.

I worked at Capstone Financial Partners as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Interaction with senior bankers, company values, work/life balance, training, willingness to help interns understand concepts.

    Cons

Smaller office, low compensation for position, inability to source deals or provide meaningful contributions to deal time was somewhat annoying but not bad seeing that I was an intern

    Pros

Back by a very good and reputable company
    Great location
Most of the people there are very friendly

    Cons

Their training is terrible and it shows with their high turn over rate of new associates
Nothing is consistent with the managers and training.
There is only one manager there that is really good and cares if you make it or not

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do Better! Especially Upper management. You should be more respectful of new associates especially those that are having a hard time.
