I worked at Capstone Financial Partners full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Back by a very good and reputable company
    Great location
Most of the people there are very friendly

    Cons

Their training is terrible and it shows with their high turn over rate of new associates
Nothing is consistent with the managers and training.
There is only one manager there that is really good and cares if you make it or not

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do Better! Especially Upper management. You should be more respectful of new associates especially those that are having a hard time.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Capstone Financial Partners

    Pros

Best reasons to work for them is because of all the support and guidance they provide for their agents and employees.

    Cons

The downsides was the lack of one on one coaching to find prospective clients. It would make prospecting easier to have some pointers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hope that the management would provide more one on one coaching with the agents. I was pretty hard to find prospective clients.

I worked at Capstone Financial Partners

    Pros

The main positive is that you have the opportunity to build your own practice and business. You determine your own success.

    Cons

It is a 100% commission job. Many of the positives of the job are also a negative. Building your own practice takes time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is only 1 decent manager who actually teaches, trains, and mentors. The others are simply there to get rich.
