“Good boost for learning a new area, but dead end in the long run.”

Pros – You will learn new skills at first.
Some of the employees are wonderful people and good friends.
Cons – Upper management is egocentric.
Upper management self important.
Upper management never shares anything going on in the organization and they are very secretive about everything they do.
The organization cuts costs as much as possible such as using 7 year old custom built computers that are falling apart.
Dead end for your career unless you are an executive.
The building is old and falling apart and suspect there is a mold issue in the building.
Advice to Senior Management – You have to spend money to make money. Have more employee moral building events. Offer better bonuses or additional time off. And get a better building to work in.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
