    I worked at CarDomain

    Pros

People loved their work and for the most part worked well with each other. There was an embrace of the work hard/play hard concept.

    Cons

Multiple rounds of layoffs took their toll on everyone. Many employees thought that they would be working at CarDomain for a very long time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked at CarDomain

    Pros

Good people and fun environment. My pay was good, but I was the exception it seems. Atmposhere was enjoyable, and pretty laid back

    Cons

Lots of people in over their heads but in their positions merely because they were around since the beginning. Senior management decision making was consistently poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not that it matters anymore, but some better long term strategizing may have prevented the demise of the company. Give your people a chance to carry out the vision.

    I worked at CarDomain

    Pros

If you are interested in cars and social media, this is a great place to be. Free lunches on Fridays as well as free sodas anytime. The people here are very nice, smart and easy to work with.

    Cons

Unclear strategic direction and a frequently changing product road map make it difficult to focus on doing the best job possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Certain levels of executive management tend to either micromanage or fail to give clear direction.
