“Great company, Bright future!”
Current Employee – been working at CarDon & Associates
Pros – This company really cares about their employees and their residents! There are great advancement opportunities, and facility management does a good job at listening to staff.
Cons – Health benefits are very expensive, especially considering the low pay rates at certain facilities. Needs to be more consistency across the various facilities.
Advice to Senior Management – Conduct a salary review and raise pay up to area standards. Offer additional "perks" that provide a reason for employees to stay with the company.
