Pros
family atmosphere (except upper management), decent benefits, flexible schedule for salary employees, vacation days increase with seniority
Cons
upper management does not listen to knowledgeable lower lever employees, good people are fired for political reasons, poor overall communication between levels, limited professional development opportunities, little recognition for accomplishments, many areas are understaffed
Advice to Senior Management
listen to long-time employees advice, make better hiring decisions for managers
