Pros – I signed up my business, and I'm an agent, so I was able to make money, while saving money.
The product/service is not difficult to sell because it acutally is something people need.
Very friendly staff to work with. I was able to get a hold of a tech rep the moment I had some issues (didn't have to be placed on hold or get the run around).
Cons – Can't really think of any.
Advice to Senior Management – Need more promos.

Pros – To be an Independent Sales Agent to work on my own, to be my own boss,to generate business relationships with local merchants
Cons – The training was lame. Cold calling., mostly resutling in annoying merchants, I told them up front that I did not know any Merchants personally. As I thought, too competitive.
Advice to Senior Management – You need to give better training. Stop contradicting yourself. Example; Just read part of the Jeffery Gitomer bk; the Little Red Book Of Selling He himself clearly does not believe in cold calling.
