Too control driven at the top.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGood products and services sold. Reasonable benefits.

ConsProfits driven not realizing the company is of people - a services company. Upper managment has no clue what really goes on and does not really care about the employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementReally look at the company and get involved in the day to day/week to week/month to mnth operations not just your stock price. Grow a great place to work and people will put out a quality service.

this place needs disaster relief STAT

Prosdecent pay, excellent PTO, there are still a few great people who work here.. for now.

Consinsurance is too expensive, too many VP's and directors, anti-American (they are pro outsourcing to foreign countries), lack of communication as a whole

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to be physically present to run a successful company that wishes to maintain success. Considering so many negative changes that are coming right along with the positive, moral is low. Patient care needs to be taken with the highest regard, should be one of the top priorities. Some comments I have heard coming from directors is actually just frightening. Great healthcare equals more business. With the separation of so many facilities, all upper management should be on site at each location- minimum of once per month. This is how you maintain a tight ship. Email response times should take no more than two days, and when management (any department) can't handle all of their emails and voicemails in a timely matter, maybe less management and more assistants for a manager would be a better choice. Two weeks for a response is unacceptable- which is a reoccurring trend. Recently it seems like lower level employees are working their butts off, while being ignored by senior vp's, directors and such. There comes a time when a company needs more mice and less cats.

    Wrong place, wrong time

    Account Executive (Current Employee)

ProsWell known company, easy access to accounts. Docs prefer our reports

ConsWay behind competition in technology and business models, always playing catch-up and resting on laurels counting on stale clinical evidence

Advice to Senior ManagementUnderstand docs want new technology and convenience that comes with it. Monitors have become a commodity offering with too many players and old clinical evidence is no longer enough to differentiate

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

easy work, great for young startups

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsEasy work, benefits, young peole get a chance to make a decent salary. Employees get along well. supervisors & management are not over bearing.

ConsBenefits are costly. Must accumulate time to get days off. Hard work may not get you ahead of a employee with time in promotion are assignment wise. Raises are very small. Uses temp to hire agencies.
