    Pros

    High pay, flexible hours, interesting jobs, and opportunities to work on a variety of projects. A wide variety of clients allows you to develop lots of industry contacts.

    Cons

    Very few opportunities for advancement for regular staff, condescending management, and lots of pressure to perform. Poor communication throughout the firm.

    Provide a pathway for entry level staff to advance. Link performance reviews to bonuses and other incentives. Treat your fellow employees with respect.

    Good compensation and benefits, interesting projects, lower level staff work together well

    Upper management completely out of touch, middle management never accept responsibility and constantly pass the buck
