Pros
CareCall is a great place to earn a part time income if you are able to tolerate being on the telephone your entire day.
Cons
The job is not very challenging and the turnover rate is pretty high. A lot of the workers are part time and not really interested in moving up. It's just a easy part time job.
Advice to Senior Management
Make sure that you are consistently relaying important messages concerning the company to the staff. Make sure the right people are being place in management positions.
