    I have been working at Care Management International full-time for less than a year


    Since it works on the show string budget, you can become an expert in cost cutting


    Very mediocre attitude. I can bet a million $ that this company can never succeed.
    Too much Red taping
    Top management in Operations has a serious attitude problem
    Cost cutting is at its best. You cannot find a piece of tissue paper in this company.
    There is a huge hirarchy in the operations department. for a company of about 200+ employees we have a huge hirarchy - CSR, Sr. CSR, TL, Sr. TL, AM, DM, Mgr, Sr. Mgr, AVP, VP, CxO.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep your eyes and ears open.
    You have worked with alot of companies in US. Just don't learn their processes but also learn their management style.
    Get some versatality in the top management hire good staff in the top management. Get rid of ppl working for more than 10 years in top management.
    Last treat each employee with respect. Atleast increase the tissue paper budget.
