    Pros

    Brand name, longevity if you are a game player and don't ask questions for question authority.

    Cons

    One leader. No room for growth. Ran as a dictatorship from the top down.

    Advice to Management

    Replace management from the top down. Start fresh - including the bought board members.

    poor Upper Management, HR push-back, your voice is never heard, low salaries, negative employees, no investment in the needs for certain departments, corportate games

    Do a more intense screening to get the right bodies in the right seats, make employees follow the chain of command, find a way to track time/attendance more accurately, stop the favortism

    Pros

    Good Benefits, well above the average company Great Team Work by All Associates, work is done until it is just near perfect Pay is Ok, lots of hours to work in a day

    Cons

    Management doesn't foster or mentor very well No room for promotions, they primarily hire from outside of the organization Sr. Management team new to the business and only contributes past ideas, with little knowledge of the current health care system. This causes frustration amongst staff. Most senior people are just waiting to retire since they won't get promoted Mid-level management cannot move into Sr Management because there isn't any promotion from within unless you are in the "inner circle"

    Mentor your people, value all of your associates not just the ones who appear to want to network with you

    Pros

    You can learn the ins and outs of health insurance something you can carry with you the rest of your life. The staff is friendly

    Cons

    There is room for growth BUT it will take forever to move from one dept to the next there are people in the same positions for 10 and 12 years and not by choice either. Managers know nothing

    Make management know the same thing as the service team.
