Pros

There was a fun work environment that keeps you busy all day. There were many different positions, which allows you to find which place you excel at the best. Being a beginner I was able to learn how almost every aspect of building a shed. They start you off slowly to get familiar with the shop and let you master each task before changing it up. This allowed me to become proficient at many of the steps and able to fill in at any position if need be.

Cons

There are days when the work can become repetitive. Other than that the only complaint is that things slow down when it rains.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management did a very good job of allowing the shop to function with out constantly looking over our shoulders. That level of trust is important and allows for a more friendly work environment.
