I have been working at CareHere full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, benefits, and management support.

    Cons

Finding someone to work for you when you need to be off.

    Advice to Management

There should be some kind of incentive pay for employees that don't have PTO but they need to be out for health reasons.

    Pros

Pretty easy work, good hours, nice to have your own nurse (unlike some of the retail clinics) and nice clientele ( normal working folks, no druggies or psych)

    Cons

Pay is less than average for this area. Sometimes hard to get everything you need done in time span allowed. Patients can schedule thier own appointments online and this compounds the problem because they dont schedule themselves enough time.

    Advice to Management

Take under consideration the advice and feedback of those who actually work in the clinics with patients as to what works and what doesn't. Sometimes a "corporate" view of things is not always realistic. Too much middle management.
