    Pros

    Decent pay, opportunity to learn new procedures,

    Very fast paced, difficult for a new grad. Inadequate training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more CNAs so the patients aren't dirty and waiting for an hour to go to the bathroom.

    I worked at CareOne full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    They offer "combat" pay, competitively high wages to entice new hires

    Cons

    they will fire anyone, at any time, without reason; administrator, DoN, and shift supervisor positions all experience high turnover. the rehab gym is constantly stuffed well beyond capacity, therapists have to fight for space and equipment. benefits are terrible, took me months to get paid for my approved vacation time. no cell phone policy, but that is the only way to get in touch with rehab director, who WILL call you before and after work but refuses to answer her phone. therapist turnover is so high, they recruit ANYone, so new grads, beware the high pay. You won't have a mentor, the legally required supervision, or any support from your supervisor. Oh, and they expect you to work unpaid, to maintain unrealistic productivity expectations, punching out to do documentation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Replace Teaneck rehab director, i have literally watched her shut her door in patient's faces. Value your employees, they are the face of your business. Spend less on decor, and more on employee training.
