    Pros

CCI really cares about their employees. They would do all that they could to accommodate employee's needs for schedule changes. They had good managers that listened to employees.

    Cons

Management was not keen on sharing information when employees know that changes are coming.

    Advice to Management

Be more forthright and open to sharing pertinent information with employees.

    Pros

Great way to start career in a call center. Easy interview and no experience required.

    Cons

I had only 1 week to train when usually it takes 2-4 weeks. Then the day comes where they throw you in the field and take calls since it was the last week of the program to end.

    Advice to Management

Give people more time to train and then you just fire them and give them a separation notice that you promised would give us unemployment when you all knew it was a lie.

    Pros

Entry level, positive attitude and atmosphere, learning environment, friendly. It is a great place to learn many things and get your footing in.

    Cons

Mediocre benefits (even for contractors), high turnover rate for both coworkers AND management, quantity over quality atmosphere, compensation for work actually done doesn't meet industry standard. The better you did, the more they tacked on while letting others just sit and mope around watching NetFlix/browsing Facebook. Management did not particularly care too much as long as the call stats were in the normal. you have to be willing to deal with the hoops and loops that are used at a call center that supports enterprise to enterprise employees. No where to go but from call taker to manager so unless you to play babysitter it is better to keep looking elsewhere if you want career advancement.

    Cons

mishandling of pay checks, not paid correctly, having to constantly email management about correcting pay, getting paid for one week instead of two, team leads do not know what they are doing, taking agents off the phones to do what they(the team lead) is supposed to do

    Advice to Management

    Pros

I got to leave. Nothing. Nothing. I got to leave. Nothing.

    Cons

Only work here if you don't mind being walked all over! I was here for almost 2 years and it was the worst job I EVER had! Dave and everyone else in management SUCKS! THEY only care about themselves! Pay was always messed up, they want you to work hard for little money and don't understand what it's like to be on the phones anymore! No employee appreciation! One time I tried to contact the President of the company, he's just as bad as the managers on site! No resolution! Idiots!

    Advice to Management

SHOW your employees that you care! No one cares about those stupid crappy incentives y'all give! Pay more per hour!

    Pros

For call center reps looking for a quick paycheck, these guys will hire anyone.

    Cons

Extremely disorganized, tons of nepotism, leadership lacks integrity. This company makes its money off of being predatory towards employees. The less they can give you in incentives, benefits, wages etc. the more they make. The CEO is one of the most rude and racist people I have ever met and refers to the employees as if they are beneath him behind closed doors. Leadership here will repeatedly tell you want you want to hear but never deliver and when called out they just don't care. Terrible place to work.

    Advice to Management

Get some integrity and treat your employees like people, not cattle.
