There are development opportunities, teamwork and transparency. Management is all very helpful. Potential for growth is very good. If you want to work and perform than you are rewarded with advancement and unlimited opportunity. Strong brand, cool people! I love my job! I wake up every morning and have never felt a sense of regret or remorse.

Need to have more opening positions for Emea
Pros
I'am having great time as careerBuilder Germany GmbH. If you're smart, get things done, thrive when given tons of freedom this is the place to work @.
I've learned a ton about CareerBuilder core products, product development, customer development, recruiting, and Integration.
Cons
Promotion is missing , please prmote people from non-sales
Advice to Senior Management
I would recommend senior leader to recognize non-sales employees accomplishments and award them not only to sales teams
Pros
CB is a great place to work, easy to learn and grow if you put in the effort.
Cons
salary does not always keep up with career growth.
Pros
Joined a few months ago. Been a fantastic place to work. The company really practices what it preaches in cultivating and growing talent.
Cons
The only downside that some precieve CB as being just a job board. There are so many advertising and marketing solutions that this company provides that it is really a human capital solution company and not a jb.
Advice to Senior Management
Leadership is extremely talented. There are great mentors throughout the organization who enable entire teams to align with the corporate goals.
Pros
C Levels in the organization are open and available to you. It's a learning environment. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't learn something new that will help me in my role. CareerBuilder cares about its employees. You have to work really hard and be on top of your game everyday and you are rewarded for your effort and talent. I can't imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
The company is very agile, which is a good thing; however, sometimes things move so fast that it is hard to keep up with everything that is going on.
Pros
Fun company events, such as: Playing Softball on Wrigley Field, BBQ's, Field Trips.
Young Co-workers. Fun office.
Cons
Bottom Line... I was in a Cold-Calling position... Never fun to get yelled at by a company's gatekeeper at 8am. (Fun way to start your day).
Pros
Flexibility in schedule, good work/life balance.
Cons
Promotions based on favoritism and friendships versus experience.
Pros
While working at Career Builder you receive a very nice benefit package. This includes a wellness program and vision plan.
Cons
While working at Career Builder there are some disadvantages. One of those disadvantages is there is high turnover with the entry level sales force.
Pros

Cons
don't pay industry standard salaries but try to make it up in other ways
Pros
