Worst company to work with if you are placed onsite

    I worked at CareerNet Consulting

    Pros

There are many openings for fresher's.

    Cons

HR from CareerNet don't get involved with employees working in clients place. Feedback on employees is blindly accepted as told by coordinator. They don't give relieving letter unless you agree for their terms(which is changed from case to case basis). Company works with no ethics.

    Pros

    Good pay master
    Strong clientele
Very good exposure to top companies

    Cons

HR policies are very bad and not employee friendly.
They make your life miserable if you leave them and join their client- very cheap in their approach
Just work there as fresher for 1 year and come out

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You guys never change...soon get matured guys, remove that no-hire policy, else you gonna lost soon..I am sure Cnet is struggling lot to get experienced folks, if you continue the same, you will not get freshers also

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much focus on near terms goals of making money and not enough effort on business idea which will give long term advantage.
Not enough work done to adapt to change and adapt new tools and technologies in recruitment

I have been working at CareerNet Consulting full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Office Culture varies between medium to good range.
Good place for a fresher to start career.
Still has good brand name in market.
Salary is good as compared to other consultancies.

    Cons

No proper training is given if you join in small number(only given to those people who have joined in batch with good numbers).
Office culture , work pressure as well as management depends upon team your are joining i.e,
there are good managers as well as bad .
They recruit people easily as their attrition rate is high but when you are leaving they will make you sign agreements in which it is written you can't sign any of there clients( whereas at the time of joining you will be informed that you can't join client with whom you have worked for next 6 months) directly or indirectly for next 1 yr.

    Well designed training's.
You'll get a chance to work with the best Recruiter's & Headhunters in the industry.
Good work life balance(leaving few teams, depends on manager though)

You will get a chance to work on Hirepro AMS (get hands on, will help in your whole career) one of the best Recruitment tool in the market.

    Cons

    Hikes are not that great.
Plan your career here only for 2 yrs, if you struck more than that difficult to get out.
Few managers are like military commandos they will never change, you will be very unlucky if you get into their teams :( They treat you as slaves and resume generating machines.
Ground level employees should be given more opportunity to express their views and concerns.
Strict time lines, should spend 9 hrs a day. Alternate Saturdays working.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should not only bother about revenues but also should concentrate on employee relationship.
Rise pay structure, add new employee benefits.
Try to retain your best employees.
Train few managers how to treat their team they are very stubborn and carry bad attitude, they expect their team to work work and only work.
