“Great place to start out, especially if you like sales.”
I worked at CareerStaff full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good team and culture for the most part. Good pay for external temp employees.
Cons – Needed to offer better management training for internal staff. Practices around pay were questionable for internal staff. For instance, non-exempt employees often didn't get overtime as hours were not properly/correctly tracked... Some managers were also paid considerably more than others without good cause... There was a definite disconnect from corporate unless in a very high level role.

“Great temp agency, good pay”
I have been working at CareerStaff
Pros – flexibility, pay is high, lots of differnt settings to choose from
Cons – sometimes not enough work, may have to travel long distances
Advice to Senior Management – none. They do a good job overall
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
