    Pros

Decent pay, good benefits and PTO.

    Cons

Not very ethical. Company didn't care about providing a good service, only cared about making money. Could have made much more money if they fired low performers.

The staff are energetic, proactive, attentive and considerate. The system organization and collaboration has been a welcome change from previous employers.

    Cons

As a contractor new to the company, there were too many time consuming clarifications and back and forth difficulties in the initial set up process.

    Pros

    Competitive Hourly Rate -
    Friendly Recruiters -
    Great Communication From Management -
    Weekly Pay -

    Cons

I worked in the school systems and at the beginning of each school year, I sometimes would not have a job! I would be told that the school didnt renew their contract with CareerStaff, etc. It was very nerve wrecking because I had bills to pay! ... In the end of the day they were able to get me a job while I worked there BUT WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH THAT? PLUS...NO SUMMER PAY FOR my job position! (SLPA)

Also Insurance benefits were not great, but were ok.
