    Pros

Private homes give more one on one time with the children. Allows you to experience things outside of a daycare setting and gives a more emotional bond with the family.

    Cons

Being stuck inside the house if the parents do not provide transportation. Not such an open door policy on pay rate or schedule.

It's exciting to be a part of a company expanding so quickly with such a positive and helpful mission

    Cons

Growing a little awkwardly at the moment, due to quick expansion, but processes are continually improving.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Commitment to the mission of serving people on Medicaid and their caregivers in their homes underscores every thing the company does. Super-dedicated staff in the field. Smart leadership who are helping the company focus. The company struggles -- usually successfully -- with balancing its commitment to the mission with achieving its business goals. People are genuinely nice and want to do the right thing. Relatively low bureaucracy.

    Cons

Benefits are average at best. No tuition reimbursement. Good 401K with a match. There are too many projects going on that are sapping people's energy. While each project may have merit, people are feeling overwhelmed.

    Advice to Management

Figure out how to balance administrative activities -- reports, project teams, etc. -- and the increasing expectations for everyone's performance in the field (and corporate).

    Pros

helping the people who really need this program

    Cons

many times management only looks at the bottom line and at the end of the day the cosumers are the ones that pay the price. There is a big issue with Management in this company. on the other hand, the amount of time and the credentialing process that cgs have to through is ridiculous. only those that are lucky enough and have the patience to deal with all the bs will eventually get into the program. unfortunetely and not sure why this is something that management has not been able to figure out.

    Advice to Management

some hr courses might benefit the, Unappreciative, management has no people skills.
