The upper management was more into office politics than actually working. There were racist people in upper management positions.

“What was once a great company to work is no longer a healthy environment.”

Pros

It is a stable and growing company

Cons

HR is non-existence. Trying to find an answer or file a complant it is impossible to find them.
Although the company is still making significant profits, no raises were given this year.

Advice to Senior Management

Communication and 360 review would be a good improvement. There should be more consistency throughout the company. Some departments and locations are completely invisible to upper management.
